There are DJs, and then there are artists for whom the DJ set is just one of many creative weapons. Kübra Uzun, performing as Q-Bra, falls very much into the second category.

Co-founder of XSM Recordings; a label, event series, and solidarity platform based in Istanbul, Berlin, and London, they were commissioned by the Barbican's Pit Theatre in 2023 for Transpose BURN: Pit Party; a project that dissolved the boundaries between performance and dancefloor in the way only the best club art manages.

Their genre-fluid sets, in their own words, "welcome everyone to dance together." We are absolutely delighted to welcome them to the Waveform Sessions for mix number nine; 80 minutes of power techno to get that red red kroovy rushing through your veins.
