Anyone who knows Nastia knows she is a top selector. She’s carved quite the path for herself, DJing both vinyl and digital formats, and running her own label, fittingly known as Techno Records. Until now, Nastia has swerved the studio in a production sense, despite her obviously keen ear for a tune.

All that changes, though, with the release of Tech040-Intro Vol .1; a selection of tracks curated by Nastia herself, with the intention to provide music that defines a moment in a DJ set. Here, she selects ideal intro tracks, hence the nomenclature.

Featuring her own Elephant Dreamin’—a track that applies techno precision to an exceedingly exotic production—the comp collects together an additional eight tracks from equally luminary peers like Mark Broom, DJ Dextro, and Steve Rachmad among others.
