Pavel Kosmonaut works out of Bayreuth, in Bavaria, and makes melodic techno. His first release came in 2017, when Traum Schallplatten, the Cologne label Riley Reinhold runs, put out his track 'Komet'. More of his work has turned up since on Traum's long running 'Tour de Traum' compilations.

Klang der Sterne is his own imprint, and its early run was built around Barcelona. 'La Pedrera' and 'Park Güell' both take their names from Gaudí sites in the city. 'Polarstern' came in March 2025.

This one is a single track, out on 24 July, and the title is borrowed from physics. In Erwin Schrödinger's thought experiment a cat sealed in a box counts as living and dead at once, and under the many worlds reading the universe forks the instant anybody looks inside. 'Weltenraum Alpha Eleven' is what the label has named the branch this track sits in.
