HARM stands for Healing And Recovery through Music, and the label takes that literally. It is a not-for-profit run entirely by volunteers, every release sends its profit to charities working on mental health in the creative community, and alongside the catalogue sits The Priory, its own review, mixing and mastering studio.

The imprint got going in June 2025 with The Dark and has since worked with G0Tick, Éadrom, River44, VOX, and miroshland, all under the umbrella of Beatskip Music Group.

Which brings us to the two names on this one. Paul Prior came up through classical piano and guitar before a chance meeting with Dave Seaman and Col Hamilton on a St Patrick's Day pushed him toward electronic music entirely.

He co-founded Collective-Music in the 2000s, worked alongside Oscar Mulero, James Holden, and Gabriel & Dresden, and put out early records on Surge, Ascension, Dublin Xpress, and Reticent before landing at Catamount and eventually founding HARM.

Linus Christiansson, working as Linus Beatskip, found techno at thirteen in southern Sweden and now runs Beatskip Records, the label he started in 2021, with support along the way from the likes of Maceo Plex and Joseph Capriati.

Here is the part we like. These two have been circling each other for years without ever sitting down together. Prior remixed Beatskip's Subliminal Hypnosis back in 2023; Beatskip returned the favour on Prior's Frequency and Running Scared. The Grid EP is the first time they have actually built something from scratch as a pair, and we have all three tracks, The Grid, The Problem, and The Rite.

Three techno tracks, one set builder courtesy of moody opener The Grid, two peak time roof-lifters courtesy The Problem and The Rite. One scintillating EP, premiering in its entirety for you to hear first.
