Behind the Menson name is Copenhagen DJ and producer Massimo, part of the city's scene for more than twenty years, who came through alongside Ashibah, Nandu, S.A.M. and Denis Horvat, whose 'tameen' we covered.

In the booth, energy building sets are his speciality; in the studio, his work runs from deep and tech house to advertising and film scores.

Studiestrasse is his own label, named after Studiestræde in central Copenhagen, and it is where his recent singles have landed, among them 'Testify', which we recommended.

Before that, his records came out on Gartenhaus and Sound Of Copenhagen. 'Relinquish' is another single for the label, this time a lone extended mix.
