Fleep is a techno artist from Chile, with an LP, ‘Entre Rios’, already behind him, and a run of titles on his own Bandcamp that points one way: ‘Pulsation From Nebula’, ‘Signs From The Unknown’, ‘Space Glitch’.

‘Percussions From Space’ is SUBSIST.289D, eleven tracks, and Subsist pitch it as a picture of where dance music goes next. ‘Analog Lighting’ is track four on the LP.

You should definitely know Valencia’s Subsist label by now. We reviewed Not Charlie’s ‘Inconformista’, Pont’s ‘Existence Gateway’ and ‘Subsist Dub Vol.1’ there, and premiered Daher’s ‘Surge’.

As expected, Fleep’s latest LP follows a distinct sci-fi narrative (as do a lot of the releases we see on the Subsist imprint). Forward motion is what this one is all about, as you are now experiencing, no doubt.
