David Heine 'Suspended in Time' release card: the sleeve centred on a deep pink background. The sleeve is a photograph of a figure in a long blonde wig and white shutter shade sunglasses, wrapped in a red satin cape covered in white stars, standing against a black background flecked with light.

David Heine has a hand in three labels. He co-founded AMAS Studio, he releases solo on the Stuttgart imprint Falabella Records, and Weirdmouth Records is his own. Weirdmouth's previous record was 'Freedom From Escape' with Konstantin Kost, which ran old television interviews with Erich Fromm through a dub techno EP and took its title from Fromm's book, turned back to front.

'Star-Crossed' closes 'Suspended in Time', and Heine wrote it for a close friend who died in 2024. The EP runs to five tracks, with Konstantin Kost guesting on two of them and AMAS on another.
