Arkada is the London electro and techno label launched by Bulgarian DJ Errorbeauty with XOR12, and 'Arkada #005' is its first record in several years. The format has held since the first one: a split 12 inch, two artists, two tracks each. This one is limited to 150 copies on vinyl, each with a download code. Between records, Errorbeauty's own DJ diary has taken in Tresor, Suicide Circus and a Boiler Room in Sofia. Note the digital version carries six tracks.

Side A goes to Arsonist Recorder, a Brussels producer who runs his own ZwaarteKracht label and made his debut for Ralph Lawson's 20/20 Vision, the 'Geist' EP, after earlier records on Specimen, Diffuse Reality and Bass Agenda. Side B belongs to Sigma_ALgebra, the Spanish electro and IDM producer who co-founded Valencia's Tensor Norm, with other appearances on Science Cult and Elektrodos Recordings. Which makes this a record by two label bosses, released by a third.

The circle is tighter than it looks. ADJ, who shared 'Arkada #004' with Adrien d'Elzius, also shared Tensor Norm's first release, the 'Delta Ring EP', with Sigma_ALgebra. ADJ runs Pyramid Transmissions, the label behind Fleck E.S.C.'s 'Interior Reset', and Serge Geyzel, from 'Arkada #002', turns up next to Arsonist Recorder on ZwaarteKracht's fourth compilation.
